On November 5, 2009 (Thursday) from 12:00-1:30 Dean Ruth will be available to discuss your academic concerns and answer your questions at Bear Pit in E1-270 (the new conference room in the atrium). There will be pizza and drinks for participants.

The Graduation Dinner and Dance will take place on March 27th, 2009, at Fairmont Hotel. Tickets will be available, along with more information, closer to the event. Fall Semester Ceremony: November 17th in the University Centre MPR at 5:00 PM.
Winter Semester Ceremony: March 23rd in the University Centre MPR at 5:00 PM.

On September 8 & 9, 2009 Engineering will welcome nearly 200 new students to our faculty during EngO - and who better to show them the ropes than you!
As a Buddy Leader you will lead 5-6 direct entry students during the two days of EngO. Events include campus wide opening ceremonies, campus tours, design competitions, and much more.

To qualify to join the U of M Tutor Registry you must:
- have a minimum of B+ in every course you tutor,
- have a minimum GPA of 2.5
- take a 6-hour training workshop, and sign the ethics agreement
The UMES Sports Directorship is proud to host another Engineering Spongee tournament. It will be held on Saturday, March 28 at the Dakota Community Centre located at 1188 Dakota Street.
The action lasts from 9:00 pm until 2:00 am, with reasonably priced BEvERages to be served all night.
