Physical activity is also a great way to relieve some of the stress caused by the workload in engineering. UMES helps facilitate a number of sporting events throughout the school year from Spongee to setting up some intramural teams. Intramurals

The University of Manitoba Recreation Services offers a variety of intramural sports throughout the school year. Sports include volleyball, indoor soccer, flag football, racquet sports, basketball, as well as both floor and ice hockey. Halloween Dodgeball Tournament

It's that time of year again and UMES Sports and Socials Directorships are coming back stronger and spookier than ever! UMES is back with their Halloween dodgeball and social, so mark your calendars for Friday, October 29th! Get into teams or 8-10 or sign up as an individual and we’ll put you on a team! Food will be provided and big prizes can be won!

Note: Must be 18+ and double vaccinated to attend.

When: Friday, October 29th 2021, Dodgeball tournament from 7pm - 9pm. Social afterwards from 9:30pm - 1:00am.

Where: Waverley Community Center (1885 Chancellor Dr.)

Tickets are $15 for the dodgeball tournament and social, or just $10 for only the social.
