General Election: Campaign Period

The Primary Election and General Elections will choose the UMES Elected Executives for the 2026-2027 Academic Year.

The following positions will be elected in the upcoming general election:

Executive Positions

● Vice Stick Internal (VSI)

● Vice Stick External (VSE)

● Vice Stick Academic (VSA)

● Vice Stick Communications (VSC)

● Vice Stick Socials (VSS)

Campaign Period for General Election: March 19th 7:30am - March 25th 11:59pm, 2026.

In order to be nominated for any position you must have 40 signatures from society

members (any Price Faculty of Engineering Student), and you must attend the all

candidates meeting for the respective election. For the position of Vice Stick External and

Vice Stick Academic an additional Senate Nomination form must be filled out in paper. If

you are interested in running for any of the elected positions mentioned below,

please contact the Chief Returning Officer when nominations open at cro@umes.mb.ca.
