UMES Tutoring Services

About the Service

The UMES tutoring service provides course-specific, peer-to-peer tutoring support for undergraduate Engineering students. Our tutors are fellow students who have excelled in their courses and are passionate about helping others succeed.

Every peer tutor has been through a rigorous approval process, which includes verification of a final grade of A or higher in the courses they tutor, as well as maintaining a minimum CGPA of 3.0.

UMES has partnered with Nimbus Learning, a mobile learning platform provider, to deliver our tutoring services. Nimbus makes it easy to:

• Browse available tutors and their specialties
• Book tutoring sessions at your convenience
• Communicate with your tutor directly
• Manage scheduling and payments
