Nuclear Industry Conference and Trade Show 2010

The Faculty of Engineering is nominating two final-year students interested in pursuing work in Canada's nuclear industry to attend the Nuclear Industry Conference and Trade Show 2010. The conference takes place February 24-26th in Ottawa, Ontario.

The Nuclear Industry Conference and Trade Show is the industry’s annual forum for presentations and discussions about the nuclear energy. There will be approximately 700 delegates including members of the nuclear and energy sectors, politicians, Members of Parliament, Senators, government officials, diplomats, investors, business analysts, environmentalists, international delegations, media and over 100 university students and educators from across the country.

Through corporate sponsorship from Wardrop Engineering Inc., the Canadian Nuclear Association’s Student Participation Engineering Program will cover the costs of registration, round-trip transportation and accommodation associated with sending top engineering students to the conference.
